Terms of Service

These terms govern access to and use of mystery.live. By visiting the site, opening listed connections, or using the admin dashboard, you agree to these terms and to applicable law.

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and mystery.live regarding your access to and use of https://mystery.live, including the public profile, outbound connections, and admin dashboard (the “Service”).

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. If you use the admin dashboard, you also agree to keep login credentials confidential and to use that access only as authorized.

2. The service

mystery.live is a personal profile page that displays public information and links to third-party platforms. The Service may also include an admin dashboard used to edit that profile, manage connections, customize appearance, and view click totals.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, including features, design, or availability. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available on every device or network.

3. Accounts and access

Visitors may view the public profile without an account. Access to the admin dashboard is restricted to authorized operators. If you have dashboard credentials, you are responsible for:

  • Keeping your username and password confidential.
  • All activity that occurs under your session.
  • Signing out when you are finished, especially on shared devices.
  • Notifying us promptly if you believe access has been compromised.

We may suspend or revoke dashboard access if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated or the Service is at risk.

4. Content

The operator is responsible for profile content, including display name, bio, images, and listed links. Content published on the public profile is visible to anyone with the URL.

You retain any rights you have in content you submit. By publishing content through the Service, you grant mystery.live a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and transmit that content solely to operate the Service.

You represent that you have the rights needed to publish that content and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights or violate law.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the dashboard, servers, or related systems.
  • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service except with prior written permission.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including by overloading, scraping in an abusive way, or introducing malware.
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation.
  • Publish content that is illegal, infringing, or that we reasonably determine is harmful or abusive.
  • Collect personal information from visitors in a way that violates applicable privacy laws.

6. Third-party links and platforms

The Service contains links to third-party websites, apps, and platforms. Those destinations are not controlled by mystery.live. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or practices.

If you connect an external account, you authorize us to receive the limited information the provider returns for the requested scopes. You can disconnect or delete those connections as described in our data deletion instructions.

7. Availability and changes to the service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without notice. Features, design, analytics, and connected platforms may change. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, mystery.live disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors, or that listed links will remain accurate or available.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, mystery.live and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from your use of the Service or from any third-party site you reach through it.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Service will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service.
